CHRISTMAS RETURNS

The Christmas period may mean that you are not able to post products back immediately.  I understand to return items for an exchange or a refund may take a bit longer so items ordered before Christmas day can be returned up until January 31st!

Please include your name, order ID and return details.

I will make sure your request is dealt with as quickly as possible.

Right To cancel:

On top of our easy returns policy, EU customers have a legal right to cancel their order; you have up to 14 calendar days after receiving your goods to cancel your order.
