This was a moment I had to capture. A particularly brutal downpour, coupled with the light on that day meant that you could see the rain drops clearly as they hastened to meet the Manchester streets below.  It is often overstated how rainy Manchester is but it is certainly a scene that all Mancunians are familiar with and may even have a fondness for.
