Manchester Central Library, known to some as ‘the wedding cake’ is one of Manchester’s most iconic and imposing buildings – and still a functioning and brilliant library that serves the people of Manchester. I wanted to emphasise the buildings status as a light in the dark and so shot this at night and in black and white to do just that.

 This is 064 in a limited edition run of prints - 10 in each size - once they are gone they are gone forever. Each print has been produced on fine art cotton, is acid free 300gsm paper and will be numbered and signed by 0161
