Manchester Airport is the third busiest airport in the country and as such has plenty of traffic.  I wanted to capture some of this and so created a long exposure that showed the landings and take offs into the airport once known as Ringway.  It is a wonderfully calming and reassuring thing to see the accuracy and regularity of the flight paths over a length of time.
