Manchester is seeing a surge in development unlike any time since the post war era. Cranes have become a ubiquitous symbol of this regeneration – approach the city from any angle and you will see their ethereal red lights in the evening or the structures in all their glory in the daytime. Here I wanted to frame a shot that showcased the density of projects, a city realising its potential.
