This is an illustration to celebrate Manchester’s Gay Mecca - Canal Street. Although the area has become synonymous with hen parties and various forms commercialisation over the years – it is a place that still draws young queers from all over the UK and beyond as it represents a place where you can be yourself for the first time. At it’s best it represents the very nucleus of the eclectic multicultural hub that is Manchester, it’s most colourful street.
